Engagement brings more benefits
G DATA CyberDefense is placing the focus on ‘cyber trust’ in its new partner programme for sales partners. The new model links sales performance with active engagement. In doing so, G DATA is creating additional incentives for shared, sustainable growth and success within the channel. Sales partners benefit from higher margins, greater transparency and expanded development opportunities.
The new partner programme is firmly rooted in a "channel-first" approach. It is aimed specifically at resellers and specialist retailers who actively market cybersecurity solutions and wish to grow alongside G DATA CyberDefense. The new concept is therefore based on two pillars: traditional sales performance and an additional engagement level. There are also four partner tiers (Partner, Silver, Gold and Platinum), which are determined by turnover. Resellers can gain additional benefits through further activities, such as webinars, case studies or social media engagement. In this way, they generate points for the so-called “engagement level” and increase their margin.
“Cybersecurity thrives on trust, and that can only be built through close collaboration”, says Nikolas Schran, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at G DATA CyberDefense.
“With our new partner programme, we are making this cyber trust tangible. We are creating a partner programme that rewards commitment, promotes shared success and opens up additional growth opportunities for our partners. At G DATA, we can only succeed in the market by working together with our partners – and current demand confirms more than ever that this partnership-based approach is the right one.”Activities boost marginsThe engagement model comprises five levels, from E0 to E4. The more actively partners collaborate with G DATA, the greater the increase in their margin within their current partner level. Resellers receive points for individual activities, each of which is valid for twelve months.
G DATA places particular emphasis on transparency and ease of tracking: partners receive a personalised monthly overview of their current status and the engagement points they have accumulated. Participation and coordination of measures take place in collaboration with the personal contacts at the cyber defence specialist.
